Guest Designing for Jane’s Doodles Challenges

Hello Crafties!

I am Guest Designing for Jane’s Doodles Challenges for their Challenge #7 : Rainbow.

In times of distress, faith is what keeps us going. So I have an inspirational card for today with a rainbow theme.

I have used the ‘You got this’ stamp set by Jane’s Doodles. This stamp set has such inspiring sentiments!

For the background I used alcohol markers in Rainbow order. After creating the stripes, with white pigment ink I stamped the tiny heart image from the ‘Happy Camper’ stamp set by Jane’s Doodles.

I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock with black ink and used the Stitched borders dieset by Lawn Fawn around the panel.

Hope this bright card inspires you to keep the faith. Stay safe.

Do let know in the comments below how you liked the card.

Warm Wishes | Coffee Loving Cardmakers – Fall/Winter Blog Hop 2019

Hi Crafties!

I love stretching my supplies! Especially my stamps.

Can you guess how I made the Christmas tree below?

I made it from a tiny little snowflake stamp from the ‘Winter Wishes’ set.

I repeatedly stamped the image in the shape of the tree with green hero arts dye ink.

The red star on the top of the tree is also a snowflake stamp.

The polar bear and snowman are also from the same stamp set and so are the coffee mugs.

I colored these with alcohol markers.

In the background, I stamped the largest snowflake from the set with grout gray ink by My Favorite Things.

For the base, I used the stripes stencil by Altenew.

The sentiment is the Elegant brushed script stamp set by Craftin Desert Divas.

I finally finished off the card with some sparkling sequins by Dress my Craft.

What do you think about my Christmas tree?

Do you also stretch your supplies?

Sharing an interactive card today after ages! Feels so good to have made one.

This is a standing card and I gave it a festive feel using a diya – an eternal symbol of light!

You can see the card in action below:

Stamps are by Mudra called Diwali decor.

The foiled paper pack is Opulent by Dress my Craft. And I have used Hero arts ink cubes for inking the stamps.

I love the layered diya as it adds so much dimension and interest.

This card makes for a pretty home decor.

Window Flower Pop-Up Card

Hello Crafties!

Today I have a card that I made using stencils.

You can see the card in action below :

I have used stencils by CraftTreat.

The shaded flower stencil is pretty easy and fun to use. Lining up the layers is pretty simple too. I used distress oxides for the layering. I love using distress oxides for most of my inking. They are totally worth the investment in my opinion!

This is a window pop-up card. I have a tutorial for a similar card here.

So when you open the card, the inside image pops up. So fun!

The inside sentiment is by Gina K designs. And the outer one is my Mudra stamps.

For the outer panel, I used the Polka dot stencil again by CrafTreat.

I loved making this quick and easy card! Would you make one too?

Do let me know in the comments below.

Always and Forever

Hiya Crafties!

I am back with a shaker card with a clean and simple touch.

You can see the card in action below :

When I had made the double slider flower card a couple days back ( you can check it here), I had diecut 2-3 pieces of the Floral Love sentiment dieset by Dress My Craft.

I made this card using one of the negative diecut of the flower.

I then stamped the gingham background by Kaisercraft with Blueprint Sketch distress oxide.

The sequins are Sea Blue by Dress My Craft.

The sentiment is fussy cut from the Hydrangea lawns motif sheet again by Dress My Craft.

Magical Unicorns in Love!

Hello Crafties!

Do you like Magic? Please say Yes! And if your answer is yes, then I am sure you must love Unicorns too! Yay! We have the same taste! ๐Ÿ˜„

So today I have a Magical Unicorn card for you.

You can see the card in action below :

It has not 1 but 2 unicorns.

The unicorns are fussy cut from ‘Dress My Craft’ Magical Unicorns motif sheet.

The background is done using various distress oxides with MFT cloud stencil.

There is a hidden slider behind the layer of clouds which makes the unicorn look like he is galloping across the clouds to his beloved! Aww! ๐Ÿ˜

For the ‘love’ diecut, I partially diecut the Floral love sentiment dieset by ‘Dress My Craft’.

Finally I finished off the card with Warm Red sequins again by Dress My Craft.

Did you like this magical card?

Sending Loads of Love!

Hiya Crafties!

Whenever I see any new craft products, I am tempted to imagine their use in making interactive cards. I am that crazy about making them.

Today I have a card made with Dress My Craft ‘Love Floral Sentiment’ dieset. When I first laid my eyes on it, I knew I had to make a double slider card with it.

You can see the card in action below :

I had made a card with a similar technique. You can check it out here.

For the background I used distress oxides. I layered many layers of grass diecuts to give a 3d effect. I have used distress oxide on the grass too.

The clouds are from a MFT stamp set. I had to stick around 3 layers of diecut flowers to make the centre image sturdy.

I’ll be coming up with a video tutorial for this type of card soon.

The sentiment stamps are by Honeybee stamps.

Did you like the surprise in the card?

MFT Camp Create Day 3 and 5 : Spectacular Shakers and Glitzy Glitter

Hi Crafties!

For today’s MFT Camp Create I have combined 2 techniques from 2 days and created a single Spectacular Glitter card! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Entering it into MFT Camp Create Spectacular Shakers and Glitzy Glitter.

You can see a short video of the card in action below:

Today’s card is pretty simple. I just took a glitter cardstock and diecut the sentiment from it.

The sentiment dieset and the stamped images are by ‘MFT’.

On the back, I adhered the acetate, lined the back with foam tape and added plenty of sequins. The sequins are Warm Breeze by ‘Dress My Craft’.

Finally I stuck a white card panel of the same size to the shaker panel.

And my card is done.
