Peas Forgive Me

Hello Crafties!

I am really loving the Magic Picture Changer dieset by Lawn Fawn so much so that I use it to make every other card with it.😆

You can see a short video of the card below :

The Be Hap-Pea stamp set by Lawn fawn is another stamp set I can’t get enough of.

I made this card as all the earlier Magic Picture changer cards.

You can find them here , here & here .

For this card, I added an extra diecut circle and did some cloud stenciling with Tumbled glass distress oxide.

I also used the border-dies by Lawn Fawn on the base.

I also used the other small stamp images from the above stamp set on the base.

This cute stamp set makes a sorry card look cute too!

Who wouldn’t forgive after receiving it? 😉

Timeless Shaker Card

Hello Crafties!
I am back on the Itsy Bitsy blog with a shaped shaker card for today.

Time is the essence of life. That is why living in the present is so important.

As Bil Keane says, Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow’s the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.
I created this card dedicating it to ‘Now’.
You can see a video of the card below:

Read on further how I made this card….

Step 1:
First I used the script stencil with black ink on Classic White cardstock.
Step 2:
Then I used the large frame from the Ornate Frame thin cut dieset on the stenciled piece. After that I used the 2nd largest circle from the same dieset on the diecut piece. You get a circle and a frame.
Step 3:
Let’s keep the circle aside.
Turn the frame and adhere a piece of acetate on it with double sided tape. On top of it attach pieces of foam tape. Lets call it the front panel.
Step 4:
I then took the circle ( from step 2 ) and ink blended it with Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass distress oxides.
* You can use a single shade too *
Step 5:
I also diecut 2 more pieces of the Ornate frame-die. I scored one of them at the top.
Step 6:
I then adhered the blue circle on the scored ornate diecut from above.
Step 7:
The next step involves putting all the shaker bits on the blue circle. I used different sparkling dotties and micro beads for this.
On top of this place the ‘front panel’ ( from step 3 ) that has the foam tape.
Step 8:
To adorn this panel, I colored different watercolour embellishments from Vintage Clocks and Vintage Cars Watercolour Embellishments pack by Little Birdie with various distress oxides.
I also stamped the sentiment from the Family stamp set on the colored banner. I adhered all these on the front panel.
Step 9:
The final step is to attach the remaining Ornate piece ( from step 5 ) at the scored part.
And the shaker card is complete.
You can even keep this card upright for display.
Hope you liked my timeless shaker card. If you do make this card, I would love to see your creations.

I have used the Magic Picture changer dieset from Lawn Fawn to create this interactive card!

On the front are some leaves from the same stamp set. I have used distress inks for the background.

The picture changes to cute little peas wishing a hap-pea birthday. So much fun, right?

The dieset is easy to assemble. The possibilities are endless when using this dieset.

Contentment is coming your way!

Hiya Crafties!

Whenever I make a card, making it interactive is my first thought. I love movement in my cards! Plus they are so much fun!! 😄

I made this card for Altenew April Challenge!

You can see it in action below:

I have used the ‘Wild Hibiscus’ stamp set for the images.

I watercolored the flowers and leaves according to the inspiration colors of the Challenge.

This is a Wiper surprise card! The surprise is the butterfly that pops up. Isn’t it so beautiful?

The stamp set is totally droolworthy 😍.

The sentiment is from the Celebrations stamp set.

I have used distress oxides for the background.

Finished off the card with black sparkling dotties by Little birdie.

A Celebration Card!

Hi Crafties!

Today I have a celebration card I made using Altenew stamps. Altenew is celebrating its 5th birthday. I love their beautiful stamps. If you already do not know about this brand, you should definitely check them out!

For this card, I did some ink blending on white cardstock using distress inks.

Then I used the stripes stencil by Altenew and sprayed water over it to get a mild effect of stripes.

The stamp set I used is called ‘Celebrations’ . It is such a pretty stamp set.

I decided to leave the images white.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

Finished off the card with some ebony nuvo drops.

Bloom Where You Are Planted!

Hey Crafties!

I am back with another floral card!

I did a lot of masking for this one. But it was worth the effort.

I used the Flower Bloom stamp & die set by Jillibean Soup for this card.

It has these tiny leaves & flowers stamps which helped me in making this bloom.

The sentiments are pretty nice too.

I first diecut the pointed banner die with masking paper and then stamped the images around it.

The inks used were by Hero Arts.

I am loving this color combo lately.

I used watercolor cardstock by Little Birdie Crafts and colored the images with my inktense pencils.

The background stamp is by Altenew.

I kept this card pretty simple.

You are Tea-rrific!

Hello Crafties!

I am back with a magic picture changer card – this time for tea lovers! ☕☕☕

You can see the card in action below:

For this card I used the Lawn Fawn magic picture changer cuttingdie. It is such a useful one to create surprise cards!

I paired it with stamps from Little Birdie Crafts by Itsy Bitsy.

I colored the images with my inktense pencils.

The tea image was a bit longer for the window so I partially stamped it (not using the upper 2 cups) and then drew the outline (for the last cup) with a black permanent marker.

I decorated the outside with polka dotted pattern paper.

It is always fun making these type of interactive cards.

I hope you like them too.😊
